Urgently Required Station Manager - Kolkata / Bangalore / Jaipur

Job Description:

Manage last mile delivery operations for a dispatch center by examining destination and delivery timeline 
Monitor and supervise the Field executive to ensure that delivery operations are conducted as per the required SLA 
Manage cash/accounts and preparation of delivery reports. Day to day petty cash transactions.
Preparation of daily and weekly duty shift allocation roaster
Candidate should be well versed with the local language, nearby locations and knowledge about the process.
Route planning as per the defined areas.

Job Requirements:

Graduation with 2-5 years of relevant work experience 
Logistics/E-Commerce/FMCG background preferred 
Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shift (Shift Timings 4 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 12 AM, 8 PM- 6 AM)
6 days working with rotational week offs.
Ability to hire and manage a team of Field Executives. Prior experience of team handling.
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
